Left over and Non-Reporting Vacancies Steps to be followed in Web Based Counselling by the Principals of DIETs and Candidate.

1). To begin with, download the list of colleges granted permission by the affiliation committee for admissions for the 2017-19 batch hosted on TSDEECET website http: //tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in and prepare the order of
preferences of colleges.

2). The list of districts will be displayed on the screen. Select the districts in which you wish to seek admission. The list of colleges in those districts will be displayed.

3). Follow the ‘On Screen’ instructions and messages that are given during the course of selection of your preferences (Colleges). Try to select as many colleges as possible as that would increase the possibility of getting admission. There is no maximum number for selection of colleges. You can select all the colleges in the list.

4). After selection of colleges is over press the ‘Submit’ button but before pressing the ‘Submit’ button please check thoroughly the preferences submitted.

5). On pressing the ‘Submit’ button the pdf of the list of colleges submitted will be displayed. Download the list PDF of submitted preferences list.

6). Do not forget that the candidate is only responsible for submission of preferences.

7). Submission of preferences through Web Based Counseling is not the end of admission procedure. It is only registration for admission. Allotment of seats will be made exclusively in the order of merit through a web based programme.

8). All the candidate who are allotted seats in any of the colleges as per merit and the order of preference of colleges will be sent through SMS on their registered mobile.

9). The college-wise selected list of candidates will be displayed on the screen and the candidate must take a printout of web options exercised by him/her. The Principal should keep the copies with the signature of the candidates of the same.

10). Candidate shall visit the website http: //tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in to know
provisional allotment’ and make fee payment as mentioned therein on 18-09-2017 & 19-09-2017.

11). Fee Structure: Govt. Colleges: Rs.2385/- Private Colleges: Tuition fee – Rs.11,000/- per annum and Special Fee Rs.1500/- per annum.

12). Exemption from payment of fee:
a) The candidates belonging to the following categories are exempted from payment of fee provided they have produced the income certificate of parents issued by the Tahsildar after 01-01-2017 for claiming exemption of fee at the time of verification of certificates.
– SC & ST candidates less than 2.00 lakh per annum
– BC candidates of Rural Area Rs.1.50 lakh
– BC candidates of Urban area Rs.2.00 lakh
– OC disabled candidates Rs.1.00 lakh
– EBC candidates 1.00 lakh
b) However,
all the candidates have to pay Rs.1500/- Special Fee using make payment link by providing required details in the website.

13). The copy of acknowledgement of fee paid in gateway should be submitted in the allotted college on the day of reporting at the college.

14). After successful payment of fees,
the candidate shall download “Final Allotment Letter” from the web site in http: //tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in
from 18-09-2017 to 21-09-2017.

15). The Principal / Correspondent of the college concerned shall submit the list of candidates reported in the college to Principal,
Govt. DIET concerned on 22-09-2017 without fail failing which action will be initiated as per rules.

16). On receipt of list of candidates from college in the respective Districts,
the Principal,
Govt. DIET shall report to the CGG,
college wise through tracking service on 22-09-2017.
